We received the HDB letter yesterday asking us to collect our keys. OMG! I don’t believe this. Is here eventually! After 4 years of long wait, from a piece of land to blocks of flats. And to our very own home sweet home!

Yes, will be on leave on 24 Mar, getting ready to collect our keys and of course lots more things to settle from signing agreement deed to fire insurance to applying for gas and water supply. And most important to source for furniture for living room to bedroom to kitchen! I am getting very excited now! All ready to start planning my home sweet home. Ray was too tired to feel excited for now. Hmm, he has been working very late lately, so I guess his momentum is not there yet.

I went to check out the block out curtain at J&S and spotlight. Goodness, J&S is charging double of what spotlight is charging. But of course J&S is more branded per say lah. But spotlight has more variety of patterns to choose from. Looks like I will settle for spotlight.

Colleague of mine suggest that I go for IKEA for interior design. I love IKEA too. I should make a trip down with our floor plan for quotation and design thou. I reckon the price is kind of reasonable as well.

Let’s see.

OMG! I can’t wait to start the ball rolling. Mama has also called this morning that she will start the praying thingy for me immediately after key collection. Everyone is happy for me. But I feel that Dad was sad that I will be moving out. He passed a comment last night. I can feel that he will miss me pretty soon.

I will miss them too!
