Yoga is not new to me, I have heard a lot from friends, and many told me they had benefited alot from learning Yoga.
Today, my sister asked me when can we start our Yoga lesson? Of course I am interested, I told her we should learn in a proper Yoga centre and not in community centre.
I have checked out True Yoga which was set up in 2004, and said to be the Singapore’s largest Yoga centre. Well, the website is quite impressive but not very interactive. They have listed down many types of Yoga, but there is no link to each of the Yoga for more description or details. Looks like they are forcing me to make my way down to the centre to ask more. I don’t really like this because I always feel that by doing so, they will persuade you to some package sign up, and you will be spending more before even the 1st lesson.
Anyone out there can share with me what type of Yoga is good for beginner like me? True Yoga offer the following type of Yoga, I am most happy to listen to discuss.

Yoga originated in India about 5000 years ago. It was evolved as ’spiritual practice’ in Hinduism. Yoga is a Sanskrit word, derived from the root ‘yuj’, meaning to control, to yoke or to unite.
